Order Processing & Production

Most LushStonez pieces are made to order. Production begins after your order is confirmed.

Estimated production timelines are provided on the product page and at checkout. These timelines are estimates and may vary based on materials availability, quality control, and production volume.


Shipping & Delivery

Once production is complete, your order will ship using the method selected at checkout.

Shipping time is in addition to production time. All delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

For high-value orders, signature confirmation is required upon delivery.


Shipping Fees

Shipping rates and free-shipping eligibility are displayed at checkout.

Any applicable taxes, duties, or carrier fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.


Tracking

You will receive tracking information once your order ships.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

LushStonez is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Delivery Responsibility

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer, except where prohibited by applicable law.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon delivery so we can make it right.

If a package is lost in transit, contact us so we can assist with a carrier investigation.


Returns & Exchanges

Returns

We offer free, hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be in original condition—unworn, unused, unaltered, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us through our Contact Us page. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

If approved, we will provide a free prepaid return shipping label.


Exceptions

Custom or personalized pieces—including special orders and engraved items—are final sale and not eligible for return.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original purchase and place a new order once your return is approved.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
