Processing & Production Time
Most LushStonez pieces are made to order. Production begins after your order is confirmed.
Estimated production times are provided on the product page and at checkout. These timelines are estimates and may vary due to materials availability, quality control, and production volume.
Shipping Time
Once your order has completed production, it will be shipped using the delivery method selected at checkout.
Shipping time is in addition to production time and varies based on destination and carrier.
All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates, promotions, and eligibility for free shipping are displayed at checkout.
Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included unless explicitly stated.
Tracking & Confirmation
All orders include tracking information once shipped.
For high-value orders, signature confirmation may be required to ensure secure delivery.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping information is complete and accurate at checkout.
LushStonez is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Delivery Responsibility
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer, except where prohibited by applicable law.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receipt so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If a package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist with a carrier investigation.
